东盈子公司联手发展21.5亿综合项目 484.11公顷地皮


(吉隆坡9日讯)东盈(Oriental Interest Bhd)独资子公司OIB Properties(KV)私人有限公司(OIBKV)与吉打州发展机构(Kedah State Development Corporation,简称PKNK)同意联手将位于瓜拉姆达(Kuala Muda)的484.11公顷地皮发展为综合发展项目,涵盖商用与住宅建筑物,发展总值(GDV)达21亿5000万令吉。

东盈周四向大马交易所报备,为了联手发展上述项目,OIBKV与PKNK在今年3月8日签署了协议。

根据协议,地主PKNK有权获得3亿2600万令吉或发展总值的16%,以较高者为准,而发展商OIBKV将在签约之日起的第10年全额支付2亿4000万令吉土地成本。

东盈表示,该发展项目符合集团的策略规划,即利用其在产业发展与建设方面的优势,与地主合作,成功执行项目。

该集团补充说:“在任何无可预见的情况下,董事部预计,将在2033年完成上述项目。”

KUALA LUMPUR (March 9): Oriental Interest Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary OIB Properties (KV) Sdn Bhd (OIBKV) and Kedah State Development Corporation (PKNK) have agreed to jointly develop a 484.11-hectare piece of land in Kuala Muda into a mixed development project comprising commercial and residential buildings with a gross development value (GDV) of RM2.15 billion.

OIBKV and PKNK had entered into an agreement on March 8, 2023 to undertake the joint development, Oriental said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday.

Based on the agreement, PKNK, which is the landowner, is entitled to RM326 million or 16% of the GDV, whichever is higher, while OIBKV as the developer will settle the cost of the land totalling RM240 million in full by the 10th year from the date of the agreement.

Oriental said the development is in line with the group’s strategic planning to leverage its strengths in property development and construction to team up with the landowner for successful execution of the contemplated project.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances and subject to the fulfilment of all conditions precedent as set out in agreement, the board expects the development to be completed by 2033,” it added.
