       王旋东董事长一行听取了马来西亚市场在建项目、公司运营及市场开拓等方面内容的汇报，并与当地团队进行了交流，肯定了马来西亚市场的成立以来发展成果，同时也指出，马来西亚基建市场有自己的运作体系和模式，马来西亚工作团队要打开思路，融入当地“朋友圈”，在做好EPC主营业务的同时关注BOT及PPP优质项目机会，希望在上海总部及新加坡区域中心的支持帮助下，通过在建项目积累的良好口碑，使城建国际马来西亚新市场再上一个新台阶！

  Chairman Wang Xuandong and his delegation listened to the reports on the projects under construction in the Malaysian market, the company’s operation and market development, and communicated with the local team. They affirmed the development achievements of the Malaysian market since its establishment, and also pointed out that the Malaysian infrastructure market has its own operation system and mode. The Malaysian team should open its mind and integrate into the local “circle of friends”. While doing well in the main business of EPC, the team should also pay attention to the opportunities of BOT and PPP high-quality projects. The delegation hopes that with the support and assistance of the Shanghai headquarters and the Singapore regional center, the new Malaysian market of SUCGI can be raised to a new level through the good reputation of the projects under construction.

      同期，王旋东董事长一行来到LRT3项目实地考察项目建设情况，并慰问一线职工，他对项目团队克服疫情带来的种种不利局面、充分发挥主观能动性、高标准高质量地推进项目进度表示了充分肯定，他勉励项目团队：目前项目已进入收尾阶段，要继续抓好施工安全，把STEC一贯的安全文化贯彻到底，同时要做好方案，妥善处理好新项目等待周期内的人员安置计划，保证核心团队稳定，为新项目落地打好基础。

    During the same period, Chairman Wang Xuandong and his delegation visited the LRT3 Project, surveyed its construction on the spot, and comforted the front-line staff. He highly appreciated the project team which has overcome all kinds of adverse situations caused by the epidemic, given full play to its subjective initiative, and promoted the project progress with high standards and high quality. He encouraged the project team: At present, the project has entered the closing stage. We should continue to pay attention to construction safety, and follow STEC’s consistent safety culture. At the same time, we should make a good plan, properly handle the personnel placement plan in the waiting period of the new project, ensure the stability of the core team, and lay a good foundation for the implementation of the new project.

       在槟城考察期间，王旋东董事长实地调研了槟城第三跨海通道的前期选址，听取了市场开拓团队对于跨海通道项目和槟城市场跟踪的相关汇报，并与团队讨论了桥、隧两种方案在可行性、经济性、功能性对于客户选择的不同侧重，他要求，马来西亚市场团队对于新市场的进入要做好充分调研，及时掌握市场信息和当地环境，研判项目发展走向趋势，对于客户的真正需求要精准把握，以诚相待，衡量自身能力是否匹配客户需求，立足于自身工程专业背景把握合作大方向。
