（吉隆坡27日讯）大马统计局指出，我国今年4月总贸易额按年弹升21.3%至2314亿令吉，出口额为1275亿令吉（按年增长20.7%），进口额为1039亿令吉（按年劲扬22%）。

今年4月服装和服装配饰出口按年上涨18.5%至4亿9990万令吉。

按州比较，柔佛的服装和服装配饰出口最高，价值2亿7270万令吉（54.5%），其次是雪兰莪（1亿430万令吉或20.9%）及玻璃市（4100万令吉或8.2%）。

大马统计局局长Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin周五发布文告指出：“今年4月出口按年增加219亿令吉（+20.7%），进口也按年上扬187亿令吉（+22%）。”

他表示，5个主要出口州属为槟城（29.3%）、柔佛（20%）、雪兰莪（19.5%）、砂拉越（8.1%）和吉隆坡（4.3%）。

进口方面，雪兰莪的贡献最大，达25.6%，其次是槟城（23.4%）、柔佛（18.3%）、吉隆坡（7.3%）和吉打（5.7%）。

KUALA LUMPUR (May 27): Malaysia’s total trade in April 2022 jumped 21.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RM231.4 billion, with exports of RM127.5 billion (+20.7% y-o-y) and imports worth RM103.9 billion (+22% y-o-y), according to the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM).

In April 2022, exports of articles of apparel and clothing accessories increased by 18.5% y-o-y to RM499.9 million.

At the state level, Johor recorded the highest exports of articles of apparel and clothing accessories worth RM272.7 million (54.5%), followed by Selangor (RM104.3 million or 20.9%) and Perlis (RM41 million or 8.2%).

“Exports in April 2022 increased RM21.9 billion (+20.7%) compared to the same month of the previous year, while imports also increased RM18.7 billion (+22%) in April 2022 compared to the same month of the previous year,” chief statistician Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin said in a statement on Friday (May 27).

He said among the top five major exporting states, Penang remained the top exporter with 29.3%, followed by Johor (20%), Selangor (19.5%), Sarawak (8.1%) and Kuala Lumpur (4.3%).

For imports, Selangor remained the largest contributor with 25.6%, followed by Penang (23.4%), Johor (18.3%), Kuala Lumpur (7.3%) and Kedah (5.7%).
