中医，作为中国的非物质文化遗产，承载着中国古代人民同疾病斗争的经验和理论知识，自古至今在保障中国人民健康和福祉方面扮演着重要角色。中医药学是一门特殊的科学，根植于中国传统文化，保留着特有的文化印记。2018年10月1日，世界卫生组织首次将中医纳入其具有全球影响力的医学纲要。

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), also an intangible cultural heritage in China, play an important role in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of Chinese people through ancient China till today. This 4 episode series on TCM are presented by senior experts from Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which explain the basic principles and theories on TCM in daily language, and give a few pieces of useful advice on health maintenance.
